Job Description: 

As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a crucial role in offering holistic support to our clients. You will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, all aimed at enhancing the psychological and emotional well-being of our diverse clientele. 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet each client’s unique needs and goals
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all legal and ethical standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the field 

Requirements: 

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Valid state licensure
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical therapy
• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
