Hello and welcome! My name is Christine. No matter what part of your journey you find yourself in, I will meet you there. I have over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with diverse populations. I have supported clients in working through anxiety, depression, grief/loss, effects from trauma, relationship/family issues, stress management, and adjustment challenges. I offer Bilingual services (English/Spanish).

I partner in developing strategies and uncovering strengths. I use therapeutic approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My style is warm and empowering, always drawing from my client’s unique strengths and experiences. I provide a non judgmental space to work through challenges and believe in growth and healing. I view therapy as a collaboration between therapist and client and look forward to working with you! I am happy to currently serve adults in individual therapy.
