EMBER Founding Cohort Enrollment

You are enrolling in the EMBER Therapist Capacity Training, a six-month continuing education cohort for mental health clinicians.

- Delivery: Online (Teams + learning portal)
Cohort Schedule
- Live sessions (90 minutes):
Participants must attend at least 10 of 12 sessions to receive full CE credit.

What Enrollment Includes
- Six-month EMBER training program
- 12 live cohort sessions
- Online learning modules
- Breathwork and CCCB training for clinician and client use
- Integration practices and handouts
- CE certificate upon completion
Policies & Requirements
CE Credit Requirements
To receive CE credit, participants must:
- Attend at least 10 live sessions
- Complete required course components
- Pass post-tests where applicable (80% passing score)
Certificates are issued within 7–10 business days after completion and delivered via email.
Attendance and Missed Sessions
Attendance is tracked via Teams and online participation logs.
If a session is missed:
- CE credit is awarded for sessions attended
- One make-up option may be available via recording + quiz when feasible

Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancel within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations after 7 days and before June 1 receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds are issued after June 1 due to cohort structure and CE requirements.
- If the program must cancel, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.
