EMBER Founding Cohort Enrollment

You are enrolling in the EMBER Therapist Capacity Training, a six-month continuing education cohort for mental health clinicians.

- Delivery: Online (Zoom + learning portal)
Cohort Schedule
- Live sessions (90 minutes):
Participants unable to attend at least 10 of 12 sessions will receive partial CE credit. Sessions will be recorded and can viewed at your convenience to get CE credit.

What Enrollment Includes
- Six-month EMBER training program
- 12 live cohort sessions

Policies & Requirements
CE Credit Requirements
To receive CE credit, participants must:
- Attend at least 10 out of 12 live sessions. Participants will receive partial credit upto the hours of live sessions attended.
- Complete required course components
- Pass post-tests where applicable (80% passing score)
Certificates are issued within 7–10 business days after completion and delivered via email.
Attendance and Missed Sessions
Attendance is tracked via Zoom and online participation logs.
If a session is missed:
- CE credit is awarded for sessions attended
- Recorded sessions will be available

Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancel within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations after 7 days and before June 1 receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds are issued after June 1 due to cohort structure and CE requirements.
- If the program must cancel, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.
