Heal, Grow, Thrive: Discover the Benefits of Joining Our Therapy Team
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
You believe therapy is not just a job — it’s a calling.
You want to work in alignment with your values, not against them.
You’re ready for a W2 position with stability, not just a pipeline of clients.
You’re craving true work-life balance — not burnout masked as “flexibility.”
You want consistent income without the pressure of hustling for sessions.
You’re tired of being alone in private practice and want a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
You believe wellness is for therapists too, and want access to support programs built for your well-being.
You want admin support, tech support, and clinical support so you can focus on what you do best: healing.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
You prefer total independence, even if it means chasing clients and doing admin on your own time.
You value maximum control over consistency or benefits.
You’re looking for a “side gig,” not a fully supported career path.
You’re okay with limited team interaction and working in isolation.
You thrive in high-volume, high-pressure environments where quantity trumps quality.
You don’t feel the need for structured support, community, or wellness resources.

What do you love most about working at EMB Therapy?
The ability to work fully remotely. At this time in my life and because of my children’s needs that was imperative for me to have and I got it! The freedom to choose the hours that I want to work. Having complete freedom over the times I want to work as well as being able to change it if I need to take care of personal appointments, school events for my kids etc. I like that our clients get to complete survey reviews. This is the first time in my career in which I get to read what clients think of me and if therapy has helped them. It encourages me to keep going.
What are the tangible results you’ve achieved since we started working together? (i.e. has your income increased, signed more clients, taken charge of your finances, etc.)?
The ability to determine with the client the length of sessions needed rather than being told “they only have 8 sessions”; the types of clients I want to see- such as a particular age group or specific types of diagnosis. I have been able to supervise and mentor an associate that is working on getting her hours for licensure. I love that I can share knowledge and experience I have acquired as a clinician as well as being able to learn from her. Burnout- I don’t know what that is any more
What are the non-tangible results you’ve accomplished since we started working together (i.e. mindset shifts, greater confidence in your abilities, clarity & focus, etc.)?
Greater confidence in my ability to treat adults. All my career has been devoted to working with children under the age of 18. I had some nervousness about working with adults, however that nervousness has dissipated and I enjoy working with adult clients now.
The biggest breakthrough I had was… realizing I have complete autonomy and getting used to it.
What would you tell someone who is on the fence about working with EMB Therapy?
I would just say give it a try, you will be surprised!
Zahra Hayderzadeh, LMFT
“What I love most about working at EMB Therapy is the deep sense of respect and autonomy I have as a clinician. From day one, I’ve felt that my voice matters, my expertise is trusted, and my well-being is prioritized. I’ve been with EMB Therapy since its early stages, and witnessing its growth has been both inspiring and personally meaningful. The harmony of compassion, collaboration, and care here makes EMB Therapy an incredibly rewarding place to work. The flexibility and support I receive, especially as a new mom, have made a huge difference in maintaining a healthy balance between my professional and personal life. “
“Working at EMBTherapy has allowed me to fully focus on what I do best, supporting clients, without the burden of administrative tasks. With billing, scheduling, and backend logistics handled so efficiently, my work feels significantly more sustainable. I’ve been able to maintain a steady caseload, increase my income over time, and grow in confidence as a private practice clinician. The supportive structure here fosters professional growth without burnout, which is something I deeply value. “
“Since joining EMBTherapy, I’ve experienced significant personal and professional growth. I’ve developed greater confidence in my therapeutic approach, felt more clarity in how I want to show up as a clinician, and experienced a mindset shift from “doing the work” to truly thriving in my role. The culture here fosters self-reflection, growth, and connection, not just with clients, but with myself and my colleagues as well. “
“The biggest breakthrough I’ve had has been witnessing the real, transformative progress of my clients and recognizing the role I play in that. Those moments of breakthrough in session when a client makes a meaningful connection or shift reaffirm my purpose and passion. On a personal level, returning to work after maternity leave and feeling fully supported and seamlessly reintegrated was a powerful reminder of how aligned this organization is with its values”
“If you’re considering working with EMBTherapy, I can honestly say it’s one of the most supportive and enriching environments you’ll find in this field. The leadership, especially Soni, truly cares about both the clients and the clinicians. You’ll have the freedom to practice in a way that aligns with your values, while also being part of a collaborative, heart-centered team.”
